Lean on purpose

- USA stock is held for us in California, so it ships within the week. Hong Kong stock usually arrives in 1–2 weeks.
- Used miners are tested twice: before they're palletized for storage, and again before they ship.
- Prices move fast, sometimes several times a day, so we confirm your final price after you order.
- Best time to reach us: 9–11 PM Pacific, when our Hong Kong team and the manufacturers start their day.
"What about Telegram and WhatsApp sellers?"
That's a fair concern. Scams in this market often start in a chat app: a stranger with a good price, a payment request to a personal wallet, then silence.
Yes, we use Telegram and WhatsApp, because many buyers prefer them. The difference: a registered California LLC, a seller's permit you can look up, a named sales manager and owner, a real phone number, a website with checkout, and warranty terms in writing.

Plain terms, no overselling
New miners
Covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; we don't add our own unless the listing says so. Typical lengths: Bitmain about 1 year, MicroBT 1 year, IceRiver about 180 days. Please verify with the manufacturer, because terms vary by model and region. Third-party firmware may void it.
Used miners and DOA (dead on arrival)
DOA applies only to used units sold by 805. Most come with a 7-day DOA, stated on the listing and starting the day the unit arrives. We may send parts, replace the machine, or refund you after it's returned. To claim, send a video of the miner, its serial number, a dashboard screenshot if possible, and photos of any damage.
Returns
All sales are final. The only exception is cover stated on the product listing.
Repairs
We may be able to help send parts to the manufacturer, but we can't promise it. We usually recommend a third-party repair shop for lower scrap rates and faster turnaround. For hosted miners, we attempt an on-site repair first.
