Shipping Information

• Origin of Shipment: All miners are shipped directly from our facilities in China.
• Shipping Method: We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This ensures that tariffs and duties are covered as part of the shipping process.
• Shipping & Tariff Fee: A flat fee of $300 is charged for shipping and tariffs on all miners. This fee is applied per unit.

Delivery Terms

• Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be provided. However, due to shipping methods and potential delays within China, the receipt of tracking numbers may be delayed by a few days after shipment.
• Lost Shipments: If your miner is lost by the shipping company, we will fully refund your purchase price.
• Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Inclement weather
  • Striking workers
  • Customs processing delays
